Hiring Account Executive at Aeqium: Drive Growth in Compensation Management Startup with Equity and Leadership Role
🚀 We're hiring at Aeqium for our second Account Executive (JD here) to help us build on recent momentum and take us to the next level! Aeqium is a compensation management platform working with Finance leaders, HR executives, and Total Rewards/Comp teams to streamline all of their comp processes. This role is a first-15 employee hire, with massive upside as you'll report directly to the CEO and will shape the future of the company.
Location: New York or San Francisco (Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office)
OTE: $200,000-$250,000 w/ meaningful early startup Equity as well
