GrowthFlare.io is hiring a SDR / Appointment Setter Remote, North America, 9 to 5 EST Full Time. Base plus tiered performance bonuses, roughly 50/50. If you book, you earn. ($1.5k USD base - $3k USD OTE potential, with near term opportunities for advancement beyond that) (Note: This is not your typical inbox manager role) What you'll own: When a lead raises their hand on a client campaign, it's yours from the first interested reply to showed/booked call.
Respond to interested replies within five minutes. Speed to lead is the whole game.
Warm-call while the interest is hot. Email, then dialler, then voicemail and text.
Follow up across every channel until they book or hard-pass. Nothing goes cold.
Push every lead through the CRM, interested to booked.
Learn each client's offer cold, across finance, marketing, SaaS and more.
Nurture and confirm leads via phone/text once they book to ensure maximum warmth/show rates.
Must haves:
North America, available 9 to 5 EST, on the inbox and phones live
Hungry. Your default question every morning is "how many calls can I book today."
Comfortable on the phone. Warm calling energizes you.
Relentless on follow-up. Organized. You never drop a lead.
