This is a build role, not a strategy one. Lead builder for GTM systems: design, ship, and maintain
Build complex Salesforce Flows and integrations across a multi-tool stack (Clay, Gong, HubSpot)
Develop trigger-based logic combining fit, intent, and engagement signals for lead prioritization
Refactor legacy systems and replace them with scalable automation
Prioritize declarative config, Apex only when necessary
Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and CX Ops
Must-haves
5-7 years of experience
Salesforce Platform App Builder + Platform Developer I certifications
Deep Salesforce Sales Cloud and Flow experience in B2B or PLG SaaS
HubSpot (Marketing) plus at least one automation tool (Zapier, Make)
CRM data models, APIs, SQL
Strong spoken and written English
