Part-time SDR for cold email list building and campaign ops
Role: Part-Time SDR (List Building, Campaign Ops for a Cold Email Agency) What you'll do
Build and upload lead lists each week using my tools and SOP
Check campaigns daily for bounce, spam and deliverability issues, and flag them to me before they become problems
Reply to interested leads using my reply playbook. For the first two weeks you draft and I approve. After that you send.
Hours and pay
About [2 to 8] hrs/week, the same block every weekday. Note: This has the capacity to grow to more hours, if things go well, you can run this for my other clients.
Your daily work block must fall within 8 AM–5 PM CDT. You do not need to cover that entire window.
$[8] to $[13]/hr, with a paid 2-week trial
You
Strong written English. Your replies go out under my clients' names.
During your block, you reply to interested leads within 10 minutes. If the lead has a cell number, ping me on Slack and I'll call.
Reliable internet with a backup
Able to follow SOPs, recognize problems, and communicate them clearly.
Not for you if
You're an agency or would subcontract the work
You want to automate the replies. The system already handles what a system should. The reply is deliberately human, and that's the point.
You can't work the same block every day
To apply, DM me:
- 1.
Hourly rate, hours per week, time zone, and which CDT hours you can cover
- 2.
How you'd respond to this prospect reply: "Interesting. What does this cost?"
- 3.
A 3-minute Loom walking through a campaign you've managed: what you monitored, what went wrong and how you caught it. Show real numbers on screen and blur client names. NO stock loom videos. It MUST cover the following:
Context: Client’s offer, target audience, reporting dates, and your responsibilities.
Results: Show total emails sent, unique prospects contacted, replies including OOO/automated replies, human replies excluding those responses, interested replies, and bounces. Show counts and rates; explain each denominator and what qualified as “interested.” Count unique prospects for reply metrics—not reply messages. No open rates.
Copy: Show and read the first email—not a follow-up—and briefly explain the angle and CTA. State whether you wrote it. If not, show your own short rewrite too.
Diagnosis: Explain one client bottleneck, the evidence behind it, how you fixed it or would fix it, and the actual result or how you’d measure success.
Use the same campaign and dates throughout. Blur confidential details. If a number isn’t available, say so—don’t estimate. Distinguish actual work/results from proposed fixes.
