Hiring Part-Time GTM Engineer for Sync Agency to Manage Outbound Campaigns for B2B Startups and E-commerce
Hey all, We're hiring: GTM Engineer — Sync Agency We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join Sync Agency on a part-time basis. You'll be handling three clients — two B2B startups and one e-commerce agency — and owning the entire outbound execution from start to finish. What you'll be responsible for:
List building and lead sourcing
Clay enrichment and personalization
Claude code workflows
Copywriting
Campaign setup and launch
Technical infrastructure and inbox management are fully handled by our existing team — you focus purely on building and launching. What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience with Clay
Strong copywriting skills
Experience working in a pay-per-call or performance-based agency model
Ability to work independently and move fast
Role details:
Part-time
Remote — must be available during US business hours (EST/CST)
Salary: $1,000–$1,500/month + 50$ per QDC
