Own and optimize GTM systems, dashboards, and reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Client Service
Administer Salesforce (users, fields, automation, data quality) and its integrations
Identify, pilot, and roll out AI-powered tools and automations using Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, and more
Partner cross-functionally to streamline manual processes and drive tool adoption
What they're looking for
3–5+ years in RevOps / GTM / Sales / Marketing Ops or business systems
Hands-on CRM admin experience (Salesforce preferred)
Clay, Apollo, or ZoomInfo experience, plus any exposure to AI tooling, prompt engineering, or agent-based workflows
Strong analytical chops and a data-driven approach
