Role Description: As a Sales Operations Specialist at CredCore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team based in New York City. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage a suite of tools, including Clay.com, Reply.io, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and Bloomberg, to help the sales team identify, qualify, and engage with high-potential leads in the corporate debt market. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Clay.com to research and gather comprehensive information on target companies, including their financial standing, key decision-makers, and pain points. - Leverage Reply.io and Apollo.io to automate outreach and engagement with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless and personalized sales experience. - Integrate data from ZoomInfo and Bloomberg to enrich lead profiles and provide the sales team with valuable insights to tailor their sales strategies. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead qualification and nurturing processes, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities. - Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to the sales leadership, helping to optimize the team’s performance and identify areas for improvement. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the sales operations domain. Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales operations or similar role, preferably in the financial services or technology industry. - Proven expertise in utilizing sales enablement tools, including Clay.com, Reply.io, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and Bloomberg. - Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation, and account management strategies, particularly in the corporate debt market. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using data-driven insights to drive sales performance. - Familiarity with the Wall Street ecosystem and experience working with financial services firms would be an added advantage. - Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a must.
