Part-Time Data Scraper & Technical Virtual Assistant Roles Available
Looking for 2 roles in our agency for Part-time 🕵️♂️ Lead Data Assistant
Experience with Clay: Familiarity with using Clay (you don't need to be an expert in automations or creating workflows).
List Building Experience: Experience with Apollo is a must!
Experience with other platforms like Crunchbase, Ocean, etc. is a plus.
Proficient in PM Tools: Already comfortable using Notion and CRMs.
Spreadsheet Skills: Quick and efficient with spreadsheets. (Even better if you know how to use Airtable)
Bonus Points: Knowledge of no-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, N8N) is a huge advantage.
Technical Virtual Assistant
Organizational Skills: Help set up and manage Notion, GDrive folders, etc.
Spreadsheet Expertise: Quick with spreadsheets and familiar with tools like Airtable.
Automation Enthusiast: Familiar with no-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, N8N)
At least even basic like setting up sequences for Calendly or CRMs
Notion & CRM Pro: Experience with Notion and CRMs (Bonus if you have worked with Dialer tools like Kixie or PhoneBurner).
