🎯 Hiring our 1st Account Executive @ Cymate.io (Role is LATAM based) Your mission is to convert inbound and warm leads into happy paying clients. You’ll own the full sales cycle – from discovery to demo to follow-up to close. This is a client-facing, revenue-driving role. Clear communication, confidence on calls, and a love for closing deals are critical. Minimum Requirements
Experience closing high-ticket or B2B service retainers ($3k+/mo)
Native-level English speaking & written skills
Strong objection handling and discovery skills
Remote-ready setup: webcam, mic, fast WiFi, quiet space
Available Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm PST
Your biggest priorities are:

Run discovery and demo calls with inbound leads and warm prospects
- 2.
Follow up and close new clients consistently
- 3.
Qualify leads and manage a tight pipeline to hit monthly targets
- 4.
Collaborate with marketing and CS teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
Expected Compensation Range: On-Target Earnings (OTE) $3,500/month
