Are You a GTM Engineer Ready to Scale Revenue Operations? We’re expanding our growth engine and need a technical sales operations expert who can build systems that convert. The Role:
Build and maintain high-quality lead lists using advanced prospecting techniques
Design and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing and conversion
Implement and manage GTM tech stack (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot, etc.)
Create data-driven processes that turn prospects into pipeline
You Are:
Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar GTM platforms
Skilled in data enrichment, lead scoring, and workflow automation
Technical enough to integrate APIs and build custom solutions
Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Bonus Points:
Experience with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools
Background in SaaS or B2B sales operations
Track record of building scalable lead generation systems
