Hiring Growth Manager at Leadr: Exciting Opportunity Ahead!
Just greenlighted a Growth Manager role we'll be hiring for in the next few weeks for my company, Leadr (leadr.com). Will have job description built and published next week, but wanted to start with a post here to see if there's any Clay community folks interested. About the role: looking for someone to report directly to me (COO) and work closely with myself, VP Sales, + head of marketing and operations to own ideation, experimentation, and first half of implementation of GTM plays to fuel our outbound engine.
Big ideas and good discernment is a requirement: looking for someone to copilot building our growth engine with me
Must be moderately proficient with Clay
Must be familiar with typical SDR tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo, Nooks is our current list; doesn't necessarily need experience in all)
This person will have potential to be super influential in our business
Must be US based
About us: Leadr is a mid-stage start-up about to cross $10m ARR and pursuing Series B raise at the moment, on a mission to equip managers of the future with tools to help them lead effectively while building high-powered teams with software + professional services. My founders and I built our previous company to $1.5b valuation and exit, and have big hopes to go further here. We're in the thick of achieving PMF and positioning to grow with AI wave at the moment so this role is really crucial.
