Role Overview As a GTM Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that help mid-market and enterprise clients succeed. Leveraging tools like Clay.com, Apify, N8N, you’ll automate workflows, integrate systems, and use AI prompting to enhance GTM strategies. This is not a client facing position but it requires a mix of technical expertise and strategic insight, making it ideal for someone passionate about solving complex problems and delivering measurable impact—all from a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Design and optimize automated workflows using Clay.com for lead generation, data enrichment, and outreach. Utilize AI prompting to generate content and automate processes, such as personalized emails or qualification scripts. Collaborate with clients to understand their GTM needs and deliver tailored technical solutions. Monitor and improve workflow performance to maximize ROI for clients with sophisticated sales cycles. Stay current on no-code and AI trends to keep solutions cutting-edge. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with Clay.com (N8N is a bonus) (or similar no-code tools). Experience using AI prompting for automation or content creation. Some Understanding of mid-market and enterprise sales and marketing dynamics. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for working with clients and a remote team. Proactive and adaptable approach to a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with enterprise CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and N8N. Background in sales, marketing, revenue operations or software engineering.
