GTM Engineer Opportunity at Six Figure Consulting - Fully Remote
Looking for a GTM Engineer (Email Marketing & Operations Manager) About Us: Six Figure Consulting is a results-driven appointment-setting agency that helps B2B businesses generate qualified appointments through cold email and LinkedIn outreach. We leverage automation, AI, and data-driven strategies to streamline outbound campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates for our clients. Our focus is on running high-performing campaigns while optimizing our internal lead-generation efforts. We’re looking for a GTM Engineer (Email Marketing & Operations Manager) who can ensure our client campaigns run at peak efficiency while driving Six Figure Consulting’s own outbound efforts. Location & Work Setup:
Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
Available as a full-time or part-time role, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week (equivalent hours).

Key Responsibilities:
Client Campaign Management – Oversee and execute client campaigns, ensuring they are optimized and running smoothly.
Client Data Management – Source, verify, and manage lead data using tools like Clay, Persana AI, Apollo, Instantly, and other enrichment tools.
Client Onboarding & Strategy Execution – Take client insights from onboarding and craft data-driven, high-converting outbound campaigns.
Six Figure Consulting’s Internal Lead Generation – Develop and execute creative outbound strategies to attract new clients and build brand awareness.
Email Deliverability & Domain Health Management – Ensure high deliverability rates, warm-up strategies, and effective domain setups to maintain campaign effectiveness.
Tech Stack:
Clay, Persana AI, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Getsales, HighLevel CRM, ClickUp, Heyreach, and other outreach automation tools.
Work Expectations:
Weekly Zoom meetings for check-ins and updates.
Ongoing collaboration via Slack and ClickUp for task management.
Must be highly responsive, proactive, and independent in executing tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with GTM tech stacks, notably Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, and other outbound automation tools.
Strong understanding of outbound lead generation, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
