Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Email Deliverability Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will help us ensure that our email campaigns reach our target audience’s inboxes efficiently and consistently. This role will be crucial in optimizing our email deliverability strategies, managing IP reputation, monitoring email performance, and troubleshooting issues to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve email deliverability to maximize inbox placement rates.
Monitor sender reputation, IP warming, and domain authentication to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to implement best practices for email content, frequency, and list hygiene.
Troubleshoot deliverability issues, including bounce rates, complaint rates, and open rates.
Implement authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Conduct deliverability audits and provide actionable insights to enhance overall email program performance.
Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations governing email marketing.
Requirements:
Proven experience in email deliverability management, email infrastructure, or a related field.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, ISPs, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Experience with tools like Return Path, Litmus, 250ok, or similar.
Knowledge of email compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in email marketing or deliverability is a plus.
Hands-on experience with IP warming, inbox placement, and sender reputation management.
Background in email copy optimization or content strategy for improved deliverability.
