Looking to hire an inbox manager for our lead gen agency Role Overview As our Inbox Manager, you will be responsible for managing all incoming replies. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects reached by our campaigns, setting the tone for successful partnerships. This role requires exceptional written English skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively engage and qualify leads. Key Responsibilities
Inbox Management: Respond to inbound messages in a timely manner.
Requirements Fluent in English: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
1+ years of experience in a similar SDR, sales, or customer-facing role.
Excellent Organization: Able to handle high volumes of emails daily without missing critical messages.
Driven & Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance KPIs.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to handle objections, troubleshoot issues, and guide prospects toward solutions.
