We are building a scalable growth engine and are looking for someone who can help own and develop our paid acquisition system. This role can start part-time or full-time depending on availability, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role within the company as we scale. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, not someone looking for another short-term freelance client. Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who understands that running ads is only part of the system. You should be comfortable working across the entire growth stack: Ads → Landing Pages → Funnels → Conversions → CAC → Revenue You will be responsible for both managing paid campaigns and improving funnel performance to drive real business outcomes. We care about conversions, CAC, and revenue, not vanity metrics. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Build, manage, and improve landing pages and funnels Test audiences, creatives, messaging, and offers Analyze performance based on CAC, conversion rates, and revenue metrics
Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns
Run ongoing growth experiments to improve acquisition performance
Work directly with the founders to iterate quickly and improve the growth system
Requirements Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Strong understanding of paid acquisition strategy and funnel optimization Ability to optimize campaigns using CAC, ROI, and revenue metrics Experience working with landing pages and conversion funnels Strong English communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
High-level experience in paid acquisition is very strongly preferred. Ideal candidates have experience: Managing significant ad spend Scaling profitable campaigns Running performance-driven campaigns tied directly to revenue
Working with SaaS or B2B lead generation funnels
Nice to Have Experience running ads for SaaS companies Experience with B2B lead generation Familiarity with Clay
Experience optimizing conversion funnels
