Role: Junior Sales Development Representative Company: Sievo (Helsinki-based B2B SaaS company serving large enterprises such as Kellogg’s, Levi’s, and Deutsche Telekom) Location: Bucharest, Romania 🇷🇴 About the Role: We are looking for highly energetic and dynamic people to join our global Sales Development team. This role is great for recent graduates and people who are starting their careers in B2B Sales + have enthusiasm for the software industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, qualify, and convert leads coming through inbound marketing activities into sales meetings for Account Executives and Account Managers

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and cadences

  • Leverage our sales tech stack for multi-channel outreach and automation (emails, InMails, calls, etc.)

  • Build clean leads lists with up-to-date, accurate information utilizing our tech stack for various outreach campaigns

  • Collect, document, and update relevant account intelligence in the CRM accurately on an ongoing basis

Key Qualifications:

  • It would be great if you have prior sales experience e.g., from studies, internships, etc.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both speaking and writing

  • Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent, and have strong attention to detail

  • Strong desire to grow as a professional and continuously develop established ways of working
