Our Mission Take ownership of outbound campaigns that build pipeline and strengthen client relationships. You’ll manage strategy, list-building, messaging, campaign launches, and performance across several B2B accounts. Your Day-to-Day
Draft and execute cold email sequences.
Build targeted lead lists using tools like Clay and Apollo.
Track inbox reputation, response rates, and key metrics.
Handle client check-ins, provide timely responses, and continuously optimize campaigns.
Document and refine workflows in ClickUp.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience in B2B outbound, sales, or client success (intermediate to advanced level).
Strong copywriting ability for cold outreach.
Familiarity with Clay (a plus).
Clear, proactive communication across Slack, Loom, and Google Meet.
Confident in managing 10–15 accounts independently after onboarding.
