If you're lazy, not hungry, or not ready to lead an entire GTM team and become the best at what you do - this is not for you :octagonal_sign: *Why this role is legendary* • You’ll work directly with a founder who’s already helped clients close Fortune 100-level and high-ticket deals through cold email. • You’ll get daily, hands-on training to master GTM strategy, cold email copy, and campaign management until you become one of the best in the game. • And as we hopefully grow in the next 12 months, you’ll have the chance to build and lead your own squad of GTM engineers under you. *Job Description:* • Create GTM strategy for clients by using their onboarding form and AI research to identify their unique value. • Write the cold email copy for client campaigns. • Plan the lead list strategy and hand it off to our list builder to fulfill. • Set up campaigns inside Smartlead, track KPIs, and make adjustments to improve performance. • Communicate with clients on Slack, join calls, and provide weekly performance updates. *Compensation & Time* • Full-time (Monday–Friday, EST hours).
