🎯 Hiring Head of GTM for Cymate.io As the Head of GTM, your mission is to lead a team of GTM Engineers and oversee the optimization of outbound campaigns for our clients at Cymate. Your biggest priorities are: 1 - Develop strategy & optimize cold email campaigns that drive results 2 - Manage GTM team and project timelines to make sure everything is done timely 3 - Optimize internal processes to streamline ops and maximize results for clients Requirements - Expert level knowledge of Smartlead, Clay.com, and list building - General knowledge of automation tools like Make.com - High level understanding of sales psychology and automated email outreach - Native level English speaking & written skills - Available from 8am to 5pm PST, Monday-Friday Expected Compensation Range: $4000 - $6000/mo (base) + performance and internal bonuses Note: this is a FT role, not a position for freelancers, agencies, etc. Apply via https://www.linkedin.com/hiring/jobs/4187057487
