State of GTM Engineering Survey: Help Improve Community Insights

hey random! but i'm putting together a State of GTME Survey for GTMEs and GTME Agencies 🙂 🧵📯 - would love yall to fill it out and help us improve data / awareness of this community :) https://forms.gle/syMLifg755R8VQuJA I recently decided to try to bring more transparency to this rapidly evolving role and space and decided to compile a “State of GTM Engineering” report to help democratize what this role looks like across companies, levels, geographies, and stacks. The idea is to finally give people real visibility into how this function is evolving, pay bands, and more in an effort to spread awareness and help GTMEs collectively rely on one another as well! I put together a survey that covers background, tooling, comp, responsibilities, challenges, and where you think the role is heading. It takes a bit of time, but the goal is to share everything back with the community in a way that’s actually useful. The responses will be de-anonymized, since the whole point is transparency and giving others a real benchmark for the space - but if anything feels too sensitive, feel free to skip it. I’d really appreciate anyone who’s willing to fill it out or share feedback on the questions. If there’s anything you think should be added or improved, I’m all ears. This only works if it reflects the real experiences of people doing the work.
