Help Needed: Comparing Apollo Scraping Methods for Company Filters

Hi guys! looking for some advance help with Apollo scraping, could anyone give his 2 cents? When filtering specific companies in Apollo (I have a list of 15K domains), Is it the same: 1.putting it in the Company "include list" filter- VS 2.uploading the csv for "accounts import", then saving it as a list, then filtering the people search by the list? For some reason the 1. Brings me 10k results and 2 brings 2300 results. I fear the the "include list" company filter is not accurate, but the other method (saving a list of uploaded csv) does not generate a url that i can scrape..
