Need Help Expanding Rows to Create Contacts for Each Table

am new here, can someone help me how to figure out how to expand these rows so i can create a contact for each table that would be great

You can easily solve it. click the column with multiple items then choose “Expand List/Object” then clay will split them into separate rows.
