Understanding Calygent API Key Tiers and Request Throttling Issues

Hi, I have a question regarding using claygent. From what I can see regarding using my own API key for calygent from here: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits/usage-tiers?context=tier-one It seems like I have to be on Tier 4 to get the best speed. Seems like that comes with a two week wait peroid. I wanted to ask, is there anything that will throttle the number of requests per mins that I can make inside clay, other than this? I used an API in the past for this, and had a lot of instances time out. I am thinking of getting pro so I can use 25k rows per table. I think in the past this was 50k. Is there a way to get 50k rows as well?
