Troubleshooting Job-Change Signal Not Starting on Restored People Table

Hello! I'm having an issue with a Job-change signal on a 50-row people table: 'Save and re-run' never starts the initial check. The UI shows a spinner but Stop stays greyed out and no run appears in run history. Tried with the signal paused and enabled, and after hard refreshes. The signal and its tables were restored from the workspace archive earlier today, which may be related. Any ideas of what I could do? Thanks!
