Is Clay Costly for Google Reviews Scraping and Observations?

Hey guys, I'm just curious Is clay expensive if you want to :

create observations such as google reviews or triggers
scrape a name for example of the guy who left a google review and to scrape what review ( 1-start or 2-stars etc )

I have no idea how to do these to be honest and wonder if clay can be expensive to make something like this
