So I've done the filtering and scraped job posts, anyone knows how to find the people who are decision makers for those job posts?

It depends on the job role and size of the prospect's company. For if you are targeting SDR/BDR:
If the company is small (=<50), find ceo, founder, co- founder
If the company is medium or large (>50), the find manger of business development, VP of sales, director of business development, manager of BD ...etc
