Troubleshooting Claude API Key Errors for Email Outreach

Hi all, I’m experimenting with Claude to generate personalized outreach emails — so far, so good. Now I’m trying to use my own API key, but I keep running into an error (no matter which model I select):

"The requested resource was not found."

Has anyone run into this before or knows what might be causing it?

Just generate a new API key

You need to be on tier 4 or above with Anthropic (Claude) to use the API key in Clay. Had the same headache a few weeks back. I just emailed Anthropic and asked them to upgrade me to Tier 4 and they did it without cost

Oh wow thank you Naeem A., do you know what else changed when being tier 4?

It just allows you to run at the rate limit Clay needs. Took them about 48 hours to complete if you email their support

Naeem A. I signed up for Claude yesterday and purchased enough credits to from Tier 1 -> Tier 4. I'm still experiencing this rate limit error when running a Claude Claygent prompt with Claude 3 Haiku. Curious if you're seeing this as well? The model provider's rate limits are low. Please try again later or increase your limits.

David H. I just tried it and seems to be working ok for us. Are you sure you're on tier 4? Might be worth just contacting Anthropic. They were super helpful for us
