Optimizing Your Lead Management Workflow with Automation Tools
Hi, anyone that could share a little guidance, I'm using Trigify, Clay, OpenAI and LGM to run a campaign, but my current workflow has created manual blockers and some duplication issues. I have 7 sheets set up currently.
- 1.
6 Sheets pulling the leads interacting with social posts for a certain influencer.
- 2.
1 sheet combining all of the qualified leads from the influencers, adding in a layer of AI personalisation before shipping it off to LGM for outreach.
The challenge I'm trying to fix:
I haven't built any de-duplication in. (Contacts interact with most post for an influencer and some of the other influencers)
The manual step in 6 sheets is adding the influencers name, which starts the AI personalisation processes. (Without it started, the leads are still pushed to the combined sheet and then to LGM without out custom attributes, so blank outreach is running).
I don't have a reference to a blacklist of companies we want to avoid contacting.
What I'm trying to do:
6 sheets to put the influencer leads (No filtering or scoring)
Push all to a Master Funnel Staging sheet; That de-duplicates, scores (Job and ICP), personalises and pushes to LGM
Push to a Master Funnel - processed list for reference to deduplicate)
Create a Master Funnel - Archive List (for when I hit 50,000 rows)
Create an Automation sheet to add the Influencers names in automatically to push the personalisation
Issue:
there's thousands of contacts already.
Many have run through outreach already, many more in the process
5,400 have been enriched already, so I want to keep these enrichment vs spend doing it again.
Anyone able to offer some advice or hop on a quick call with me?
