Can someone help me choose the right Clay course for a beginner?

Hey I'm an engineering student trying to play around with Clay. I went to the Clay cohort website and there are a lot of courses I can see, but I'm short of time. I think a person should not try everything, but just target one thing and get their work done in that particular part. Since I am starting out fresh, is there anyone who can ask me a few questions back and forth and suggest the right course for me to apply to?
