How to Break into GTM Engineering Without Prior Work Experience: Tips and Resources

Hello , am trying to get into GTM engineering. I have got a good hold over the tools used and also gist of how to operate as GTM. But as I don't have past work ex, companies are not considering my application , also the agencies hiring are hard to come by. If any one could suggest/refer any channel/portal or any way to figure it out, it would be great 🙏
