has anybody used wati app? like we have multiple whats app for our sales team on different numbers. Does it solve that problem?

Wati is for marketing automation on whatsapp. If you want to sync your sales conversation from whatsapp to your CRM, you need to use something like TimelinesAI (affiliate link).
