how would i be able to upgrade my limits to fix this inside of openAI?

I think you have to have the subscription on openAI for certain amount of time and spent certain threshholds of money to upgrade your tiers https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits/usage-tiers https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits

so i can’t do anything right now and just have to wait until i spend more to be able to upgrade my usage?

you can use other models maybe or use Clay credits instead of openAI tokens or maybe do a second openAI account, so some workarounds but not directly a problem Clay can help solve

Ryan B. just go on the tier section. You need to upgrade to the next tier since you have API limits. Usually it's a metter of spending more or waiting more days since the first payment
