These questions are similar so I'll answer them at once: Yes. You don't necessarily have to start with topic intent as your company source. You can start with an existing list of companies or accounts and use intent as an additional signal to filter or prioritize them. For example, if I already have a list of 1,000 target accounts, I could use topic intent to identify which of those accounts are currently researching topics relevant to my product and prioritize those first.
