Anyone else experience very slow response times on clay's support recently? Like, I'm going on 9 hours waiting for a support ticket reply that isn't AI.

I think they are prioritizing the tickets based on the issues. Yesterday I had one reply in 20 mins. Another after 12 hours.

Nah, that's not it. The last time anyone from clay was active in 🔒[private feed] was Bruno R. over 14 hours ago. There's at least a dozen support tickets sitting in there neglected.

My mistake, here's one from LuisArturo from 9 hours ago, that's most recent.

Same. I just have a problem I need them to resolve and it's keeping me awake.
