Tips for Overcoming Meta Business Verification Issues with WhatsApp Business API for UK Agencies

Morning all. Random one, has anyone cracked Meta business verification for WhatsApp Business Platform, or know someone at Meta / a BSP who can? Context: my client's a UK-registered luxury lifestyle agency, small team, wants the official WhatsApp Business API. Business Manager's set up, legal name, address, tax ID and phone number are all consistent across documents now, but verification has been rejected four times over about six weeks, no reason given, and each attempt leaves behind a duplicate test WhatsApp Business Account. Oddly, a second brand under the same business verified fine. My suspicion is they're stuck in an automated loop rather than a documentary one, and that a human at Meta or a BSP escalation would clear it in days. If anyone has a contact at Meta business support, experience of getting an appeal actually looked at by a person, or have worked with a BSP that's reasonable for a small business, please let me know. The ones they've looked at quoted silly money for what's essentially a verification escalation and a number. Thanks in advance.
