What data sources help find European companies by their actual offerings?

What's your preferred data source for finding companies by their actual activity or offering rather than simply by industry? E.g. if you're looking for compliance advisors for iso and not for anti-money laundering. I am looking mainly for Europe-focused data. Apollo and LinkedIn descriptions are not the best source but e.g., I could imagine well-structured website data to be helpful. Yet, I needed a 3rd party provider who has such data already prepared rather than spinning up agents myself.
