Best Practices for Engaging and Segmenting Non-Paying Free Trial Users in Lifecycle Marketing

Do you just spam expired free trials until they unsubscribe? Any lifecycle folks able to point to the best resources/advice on how to treat/segment tire kickers and folks that didn’t end up paying after the trial? I’ve not seen many good examples and the tools that email me weren’t successful in converting me, so I don’t want to name names or take inspo from them 😬
