Why are my GPT prompt cells queued for minutes and then canceled?

hey guys - pretty new to clay and think i’m having problems with my open AI key. trying to use the GPT prompt to grab some data and produce scripts but the cells will just say “queued” for about 3-5 mins and then cancel. anyone know how to fix?

Ryan it is a throttling issue on OpenAIs side. It is a tier system. You should be able to run more with GPT-4o

Ryan, it may be worth upgrading to higher tiers, as you’ll be able to run more stuff in Clay with your key. https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits/usage-tiers
