Discrepancies Between Company Size and Employee Size Data in Clay: Which Is Accurate?

Hi, in company size column in clay, i found that most of employee size and Size column did not match As the employee size of most compass did not fall within the company size range EX: Company size with 200-500 had employee size 50 What is the accurate one ?
