If an account mentions Clay in its job description, should we still target it?

A Question about yesterdays Clay Cup Challange:- I think the competitor enriched with Job posting signals... The important part is they also add the mandate for mentioning 'Clay'.... And prioritised that accounts.. My question:- If they already mention clay in their JD, then we actually don't need to target them, right? They will buy from clay anyways...... We must target the ones that don't mentione clay, or use other signals right!!!?
