How to Identify TAM Accounts Matching ICP While Excluding Assigned High-Priority Accounts and Checking Closed Lost Op...

Hi, I'm fairly new to building workflows in Clay i want to understand how can i identify accounts within our TAM based on our ICP and I need to explicitly exclude accounts which are part of Target account list already assigned to AE's (high priority accounts), also if i can further add another layer and check if we have any closed lost opportunities withing our CRM so i can reachout to them again or their peers.
