Two quick fixes: use the company LinkedIn URL as the identifier instead of the domain, and filter by level rather than exact titles, since a lot of small-company CEOs are listed as Founder, Owner or President.
Honestly, the only way I've gotten this working properly is Crustdata with a live pull. It reads the profile at request time, so titles are current. Worth testing on a handful of your companies first.
