What CRM you guys using and why? Hubspot is very costly if you manage many contacts

Zoho - is cheaper in price with great features aka complete Operating System for a business GoHighlevel - Great option if you have a big agency and you want to have all your team using the crm then this is the best option

Hubspot contacts are only costly if they're 'marketing contacts'. If they don't need to be marketing contacts (this will depend on your use case), then it's not that expensive.
