I am trying to do something in Clay and want to check if it’s possible before I go down a rabbit hole. I’ve got a list of ~70 target companies. For each one, I want to surface my own 1st-degree LinkedIn connections at that company. Basically a per-company view of “who do I already know here” so we can prioritize warm paths and I can choose manually who to reach out to from that list. Is there a way to do this in Clay? Whether that’s a “find people” flow, an enrichment, a LinkedIn connections import, or something else. Curious what the cleanest approach is and if there are any integrations needed. Open to whatever’s worked for people. Thanks!
Yeah, you probably wanna download your data from LinkedIn first, and then after that, clean it by the companies that you're trying to target, and then after that, that suss out who's actually a first-degree connection, that you're comfortable in sending a message to and who is not. Because not all first-degree connections are people that you personally know.
Then after that I would actually bring it into clay and do all your enrichments.
Willy H. Thanks! How do I download all my LinkedIn connections into a CSV? And filter for only 1st degree?
ask Claude!
It's doable I did it
i don't think clay can natively match against your personal linkedin connections by itself. i'd probably export my connections first, then use clay to match them against the company list so you get a clean view of who you already know at each account. feels like the simplest approach unless someone knows a direct integration i'm missing
