Upgrade to OpenAI API Tier 2 for Clay: Tips and Steps

A little help with OpenAI API for anyone signing up to use it with Clay. You have be on Tier 2 to use your API with Clay. When you sign up you are put into Tier 1. Upload >$50 onto your balance and then you have to wait for 7 days. After the 7 days I found I wasn't upgraded to Tier 2, but by uploading another $5-$10 to your balance it forces an account recalculation and it upgrades you to Tier 2
