Hi, Abdul here. Can anyone help me with Clay filters for “Find People” search so I can get the most accurate results for my ICP? I’ll also share a screenshot of the current filters I’m using to find leads. Or point me in the right direction—I’d really appreciate it.
Hey Abdul R.! A few quick things that usually help the most imo: Filter companies first. Lock in headcount, industry, and description keywords before touching people filters. Tight accounts = better leads. Use title keywords over the title dropdown. Typing "sales" or "revenue" with a seniority level catches way more variations than selecting exact titles. Use the job title filter equals similar to (Your desired title) to get maximum coverage. Have attached a screenshot as well. Seniority + department is a cleaner combo than relying on title alone, especially for director/VP level. Don't stack too many filters at once. Start broad, pull a small sample, check quality, then tighten. One last thing, exclude irrelevant people once you have your Persona , skim though the list and remove the irrelevant job titles to avoid spending credits/ actions on irrelevant people. Hope it can be of some help.
Hey Abdul R., it's mandatory for members to add their full names and a profile picture to their Slack profile (pets or AI-generated portraits also work). The community feels more intimate and less anonymous when one knows who they are engaging with so will be great if you can update your profile here. Thanks in advance! 🤝
Also, please don't send threaded responses in the channel as they aren't particularly helpful.
