Limitations of Clay's LinkedIn Contact Search vs. Sales Navigator

I often notice the limitations of Clay's 'find contact at company (LinkedIn)' feature when compared to a Sales Navigator search. For instance, how can I be certain that I'm scraping all the HR people from a specific company?

Clay is working on expanding its capabilities. I have a saying: if you want the biggest database, use LinkedIn (especially for B2B professional services market). If you want the fastest database, use Clay or Apollo.
