Automatically Running Cells After API Rate Limit Exceeded

Hey, Currently we are trying to run a prompt in several cells with an API Key. Unfortunately, if I reach the rate limits per minute, it stops generating and I need to manually click to run the missing cells. Is there a way to automatically run the missing cells as soon as rate limits are available again?
