Issue with Importing Contacts from Salesforce CRM

Hey there! Been running into an issue when using the "import from crm" function with salesforce. i have connected our salesforce account through one of our system admins and am trying to pull in a contact list..however, when i go to select the list that i made (view permissions set to system admins), it doesnt populate in the drop down...anyone have experience with this? or any solutions?
